However i prefer swim, is a wonderful sport and is healthy.
When we swim move all your body, but we work with arms and legs more than anything.
There are four styles: Crawl, Back, Chest and Butterfly.
I hate swim back, because i go too slow and in the middle of the pool i lose strenght.
I practise this since i am five years old, today i go to do this two times a week, tuesday's and thurday's; in Club Solis.
Besides i think that it's good to learn to swim for the protection of people on the beaches.
I love swimming.
